Cancellation Policy

Finality of Services: Once the tax preparation process begins, no refunds will be issued, and services cannot be canceled. Appointment Rescheduling Fees: To reschedule, you must notify us at least 3-5 business days in advance. A $10 fee will be charged for late rescheduling. Digital Delivery of Tax Return: Tax returns will be delivered digitally (via email or secure link). This will be your primary method of receiving your tax return and documents. Additional Copies: Printed copies of your tax return after the initial digital delivery will incur a $39.95 fee per copy. Review Period: You have 24 hours to review your tax return for accuracy. Any missing information must be reported within this period. Amendment Fees: Failure to report missing or incorrect information within 24 hours will result in an amendment fee if an amended return is necessary. Zoom Interview Recording (for virtual clients): Zoom interviews will be recorded for quality control and record-keeping.
