Service Description
No appointment necessary. If you are filing only W-2 and/or 1099 forms, you may email them to info@808tax.com or drop them off at our office. Once your return is completed, we will contact you to review and finalize your refund.
Cancellation Policy
Finality of Services: Once the tax preparation process begins, no refunds will be issued, and services cannot be canceled. Appointment Rescheduling Fees: To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A $10 fee will be charged for rescheduling after the original deadline. Digital Delivery of Tax Return: Tax returns will be delivered digitally (via email or secure link). This will be your primary method of receiving your tax return and documents. Additional Copies: Printed copies of your tax return after the initial digital delivery will incur a $39.95 fee per copy. Review Period: You have 24 hours to review your tax return for accuracy. Any missing information must be reported within this period. Amendment Fees: Failure to report missing or incorrect information within 24 hours will result in an amendment fee if an amended return is necessary.
